New
RedactBox is no longer a solo tool. You can now invite colleagues into a project, work through it together in real time, and hand a project over when someone else needs to take the lead. Whether you're splitting a large SAR across a team or just want a second pair of eyes before export, collaboration is here.

What you can now do

• Invite by email — add a colleague to any project and choose their access level when you do.

• Viewer access — free — anyone with a RedactBox account can be added as a Viewer to review a project read-only, at no cost.

• Editor access — give a colleague full hands-on access to redact, triage, upload, and export alongside you. Editors need their own Professional subscription.

• See who's in the room, live — presence indicators show who else is in a project and exactly which item each person has open, updating in real time as you work.

• Transfer ownership — hand a project over to a colleague whenever you need to.

Where to find it

Open any project and click Share to invite people and set their access. Sharing is a Professional capability — the project owner needs a Professional plan to invite collaborators.
